For fitting a line.

\[y(x) = mx + b\]

Parameters:

• x (numpy.ndarray) – Some independent variable.

• m (float) – Slope of the line.

• b (float) – \(y\)-intercept of the line.

Returns:

y – Line evaluated at all x.
